Your tasks
- As a FinanzCoach, you will accompany young adults – digitally and personally – from their first account to savings and investment topics through to simple financing solutions.
- You will also be an active part of our social media presence: you will develop content, appear in front of the camera yourself and help us to communicate financial knowledge in a modern, concise and everyday way.
- Financial advice – understandable, digital & at eye level
- Advising young people on topics such as accounts, savings, investments and consumer loans
- Supporting a fixed customer base – personally, digitally and independently
- Preparation and follow-up of advisory appointments and active customer contact
- Social media – financial knowledge that sticks
- Developing ideas for reels, stories, Q&As and short explanatory formats
- Copywriting, briefing and supporting content production
- Acting as an authentic face – even in front of the camera
- Community management: keeping an eye on interactions, taking feedback, developing content further
- Planning topics relating to financial education, trends and campaigns
- Events – close to young people
- Planning, support and implementation of workshops, information evenings, community events and campaigns
Your qualifications
- Would you like to explain financial topics to young people in a way that really resonates with their everyday lives? Without complicated technical jargon, but with clarity, authenticity and a good dose of creativity? Then the role of financial coach is just right for you.
- Completed banking training
- Enjoy consulting, communication & contact with young people
- High level of self-organization, sociability, flexibility
- Digital competence: you are familiar with advisory tools, social media & digital communication
- Friendly, empathetic & professional communication – even in challenging situations
- Confidence in communication – also in front of the camera
- A feel for tonality and platform logic
- Responsible handling of content
- Nice-to-haves
- First experience in advising young people
- Experience in content creation, format development or event organization

- Entry according to the collective agreement of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken with pay group B3 and can go up to C1 after further development.
