Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the marketing team
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for the entire KEMPER Group and the individual business units, in particular Building Technology
- You position KEMPER as a future-oriented industrial company with a clear focus on progress, sustainability and digitalization
- You will manage the company’s internal and external communication, including press relations, media inquiries, social media and online communication
- You coordinate and optimize all digital marketing activities, including SEO and SEM
- You will further develop the digital systems for product information management and media asset management
- You will also plan and organize trade fairs and events and analyse industry trends to optimize the marketing strategy
- You will develop and implement PR and content marketing measures
- You will also manage internal and external project teams and work closely with internal stakeholders
- You will also be responsible for transforming the marketing organization into a data-driven, digitally oriented structure and ensuring consistent corporate identity & brand governance across all functions, business units and regions
- In addition, you will manage marketing automation and data-driven lead generation
- You will ensure the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with external agencies and service providers
- You will participate in association working groups in the field of marketing (VDMA, trade fair advisory board)
- Identifying and implementing innovative marketing technologies to continuously optimize marketing processes and ensuring budget planning and performance monitoring round off your area of activity
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training as a marketing specialist
- Ideally, you have a degree in economics with a focus on marketing or communication
- You have sound professional experience in marketing and corporate communications in an international manufacturing company, ideally in the building technology sector
- Your marketing experience in the B2B environment, ideally in the HVAC sector, makes you an expert
- A good command of English, a strong affinity for technology and a willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile
