- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Lead the sales organization
- Manage consulting and support teams
- Build long-term customer relationships to increase NRR
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Marketing Strategy: Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry
- Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel as needed
