As
Senior Social Media & Content Manager (m/f/d)
you will play a key role in brand management, community development and content strategy.
In this role, you will develop the Gärtner von Eden brand centrally and digitally for our member companies. You will ensure consistency, visibility and relevance on all channels with a professional signature, but also creative freedom. You will work closely with external service providers, the farms, the Executive Board and your team to ensure structure, impact and inspiring content.

Your tasks

You will develop an overarching social media strategy for the cooperative and support companies in the strategic alignment of their channels.

You will be responsible for the content strategy for central channels (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest) with a view to visibility, positioning and employer branding

You plan, manage and develop social formats: from interviews and reels to slideshows, always tailored to the channel and target group.

You coordinate service providers, freelancers (m/f/d) and, if necessary, agencies (text, video, design).

You contribute operational impulses and support the team in content planning, creation and publication, always with a hands-on mentality.

You regularly evaluate all measures with the help of relevant KPIs and derive learnings and optimizations.

You plan, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (meta ads), develop target group setups, manage budgets and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

You are in constructive contact with the Executive Board, internal stakeholders and operations and hold workshops on content and channel development.
Your profile
-
You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a strategic role.

You are familiar with organic content, storytelling, channel mechanics and community building.

You have in-depth experience with Meta Business Suite & Ad Manager (campaign planning, A/B testing, target groups, retargeting, performance optimization).

You are adept at managing service providers.

You are conceptually strong, think strategically and understand how to combine operational reality with brand positioning.

You have a good eye for design, tonality and platform trends and can evaluate content independently.

You work in a structured manner, contribute your own ideas and are keen to help lead a small team in terms of content.
