Your tasks

  • You will professionalize the marketing and sales of the fish division, build sustainable structures and increase the Group’s market presence.
  • You will work closely with the Executive Board, the holding company and the managing directors of the subsidiaries and consistently implement prioritized measures.
  • Strategic development: market, competition and customer analyses, derivation of target segments, synergies and priorities for Germany, Europe and, if required, the USA.
  • Divisional marketing and sales strategy: analysis of the status quo in the companies, development of a common framework.
  • Professionalization of marketing and sales: development and harmonization of structures and processes such as CRM, lead management, reporting and KPI systems; sharpening of branding, messaging and corporate channels.
  • Content and communication: development of a cross-divisional content and communication strategy for newsletters, social media, campaigns, trade fairs and events; selection and management of external partners.
  • Management and implementation: regular coordination formats, decision templates, consistent tracking of measures and operational support for prioritized projects.
  • Business field development and market validation: Structured development of leads, handover to sales teams, acquisition of pilot and key accounts as well as door-opener function for new markets at senior level.

Your qualifications

  • Communication – talking and acting with heart
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or comparable; several years of experience in strategic marketing and/or sales, ideally in B2B.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing marketing and sales processes, for example CRM and lead management.
  • Experience with international markets an advantage, very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Confident in using common tools, for example MS Office and CRM systems, driving license class B.
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills, high level of initiative and assertiveness; structured, analytical way of working and enjoy working in medium-sized companies.
