We are looking for an HR Legal Counsel (all genders) at our Munich office as soon as possible.
What you can expect from us:
- Contact person for all employment law issues of our employees, managers and HR colleagues
- Handling disputes relating to termination of employment
- Advice on mobile work abroad constellations as well as temporary and permanent work from abroad for a German company
- Assessment of labor, social security, tax and migration law risks in an international context
- Interface with external lawyers, consultants and authorities
- Conception and implementation of employment law training courses
- Assisting with due diligences at national and international level
- Preparation and ongoing updating of employment contract templates in accordance with the current legal situation and case law
- Collaboration in varied projects
- Creation of guidelines, manuals and internal work aids
What we expect from you:
- A successfully completed degree in law (diploma or state examination)
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the HR environment
- Very good knowledge of individual employment law
- Know-how in migration, social security and tax law
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- An independent, structured and precise way of working
- Team spirit as well as an empathetic and assertive personality
- Flexibility and resilience, even when things get hectic
