Senior Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
What you can achieve with us
- Strategy & communication: You will develop, manage and be responsible for national and international external strategic and operational corporate communications and implement these independently
- Brand communication: You will create a holistic communication concept for brand communication and implement it in close cooperation with brand management
- Press and public relations: you plan and coordinate PR activities, write press releases, statements and background material and actively maintain relationships with relevant media representatives
- Trade fair communication: in collaboration with the trade fair team, you will develop trade fair mottos for leading international trade fairs and ensure target group-oriented brand staging
- Monitoring: You are responsible for media monitoring and create regular press reviews
- Performance: You define KPIs, measure the success of communication measures, derive optimizations and ensure the continuous development of the communication strategy
- Corporate publishing & advertising measures: You design and realize the GEMÜ customer and employee magazine and are also responsible for planning and managing print and online advertisements to effectively support brand positioning and product communication
- Corporate design: You take responsibility for the corporate design, develop it further and ensure its global compliance in all communication media
- Production & imagery: You will plan, organize and accompany professional photo shoots and ensure a consistent visual language in line with the corporate design
Your profile
You've come to the right place if...
- You have a degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or a comparable qualification
- You have at least five years of professional experience as a communications expert (m/f/d) - preferably in an industrial company or on the agency side
- You have in-depth knowledge of media relations and can strategically position topics and maintain media contacts professionally
- You have strong copywriting skills, creativity and the ability to develop content that inspires and creates lasting loyalty
- You have strong analytical skills, carry out KPI monitoring and derive suitable optimization measures from this
- International experience is an advantage for you and you are confident in global communication structures
- You are business fluent in English and communicate confidently at an international level
