Social Media Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
What you can achieve with us
- Strategy: You will be independently responsible for the GEMÜ social media strategy and all associated activities, including the development of a paid content strategy
- Social media management: You will proactively manage and develop our social media presence, in particular the LinkedIn channel for lead generation
- Content creation & planning: You develop and implement content that strengthens brand identity and brand loyalty and communicates customer benefits. You create and regularly coordinate the posting editorial plan and publish content.
- Optimization: You will contribute initial experience in the use of AI to create content and optimize social media activities
- International cooperation: You support and advise the international GEMÜ subsidiaries on their local social media activities
- Performance: You will manage and optimize the social media channels based on KPIs, evaluate performance, derive improvements and continuously ensure the quality of the visual language and tonality and ensure brand consistency throughout
- Internal collaboration: You work closely with specialist departments and identify relevant topics, which you then prepare for our social media channels
Your profile
You've come to the right place if...
- You have a degree in communication sciences, media/communication management, marketing, digital media or a comparable qualification
- You have at least five years of professional experience in B2B social media management - ideally in an international industrial company or on the agency side
- You act as an agile social media manager (m/f/d), have a high level of networking skills in internal communication and inspire with your passion for digital platforms
- You are a true social media native, are proficient in relevant tools and formats and have a keen sense of current trends
- You have very good knowledge of the most important social media channels - especially LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube - and experience with paid content
- You have knowledge of video creation and storytelling and have strong copywriting skills that create enthusiasm and loyalty
- Design skills are a useful addition to your profile
