We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant (all genders) for Nayoki Mediaplus – part of the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe and the Nayoki Group– to start as soon as possible at our Munich office.
Nayoki Mediaplus is the joint venture of the Serviceplan Group and the Nayoki Group, combining the digital competence of the Nayoki Group with the media and strategy expertise of Mediaplus – the media agency within the Serviceplan Group.
This joint venture combines data-driven solutions, digital excellence and modern media approaches in a setup that offers customers efficient, integrated and future-oriented communication solutions. The close cooperation between the units involved creates an agile environment that enables structured work, short decision-making paths and real development opportunities.

Coordination of appointments, meetings and daily routines
