We are looking for a working student (all genders) Content Creation in Munich for the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe. You not only understand social media, you live it. You love being in front of the camera yourself, have a good feel for storytelling and know how to turn a clip into real social content with smart editing. Then you’ve come to the right place!
What you can expect from us:
- On-camera performance: You are our face in front of the camera – for reels, TikToks, snippets and short videos. You can act, improvise and bring content to life. You can improvise and bring the content across in a lively and authentic way.
- Content creation & brainstorming: You will develop creative concepts, short scripts, format ideas and storylines for social media.
- Editorial planning: Support in the creation of editorial plans, coordination of topics & content slots with the team.
- Post production: You edit videos mainly in CapCut, know trend edits and know how to prepare footage dynamically, professionally and relevant to the target group.
- Trend Scouting: You recognize new trends, sounds, memes and platform mechanics and actively bring them into the team.
- Shoot Assistance: Support with smaller productions, including equipment handling and set organization; this includes location scouting, obtaining shooting permits, shoot coordination, set preparation, scene planning and efficient live editing in work-intensive phases.
What we expect from you:
- Enrolled student in media, communications, marketing, film or a similar field
- Desire to regularly stand in front of the camera and play small roles/scenes
- Experience with CapCut (or similar editing tools) and confidence in working with short-form video
- Creative thinking, good ideas and a feel for platform trends
- Independent, structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility
- Initial experience with content creation for social media (personal or professional)
- Team spirit and motivation to implement ideas in a creative environment
