Your tasks
- Design and further development of the online store and structuring of global master data
- Responsibility for category and product management in the digital environment
- Active co-design of future remote service offerings
- Carrying out market, competition, price and product group analyses based on relevant online store KPIs
- Evaluating and measuring the performance of item sales
- Implementation of measures to optimize the user experience and increase the conversion rate
- Planning and implementation of e-commerce projects
- Responsibility for end-to-end (N2N) testing of new applications and features – including coordination, implementation and documentation
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, marketing or comparable studies – ideally with a focus on e-commerce – or comparable training
- Several years of experience in the e-commerce environment, especially in digitization and IT-related projects
- Confident, professional handling of web technologies and analysis tools
- Experience with project management methods (e.g. Scrum) or lean management methods
- Strong moderation and presentation skills, authoritative manner and high reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office, Power BI and Access as well as very good written and spoken English skills
- Experienced in working with Jira and Confluence
- Very good communication skills for coordination with stakeholders, IT and external partners – combined with the corresponding willingness to travel
- Ability to translate technical requirements into use cases and analyze deviations in a structured manner
- Structured and independent way of working in a large project environment
