Your tasks

  • LinkedIn, Instagram & Co. are your playgrounds for content and social media?
  • Then take responsibility for our B2B and HR marketing channels, develop creative campaigns, inspire our target groups and actively contribute your ideas.
  • Planning and implementing the social media strategy for recruitment and HR marketing topics
  • Creating and publishing B2B content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Development of content formats for lead generation and brand strengthening (employer branding, recruiting trends, HR marketing, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs (reach, engagement, lead management)
  • Community management and interaction with target groups (HR, recruiters, HR managers, companies)
  • Close collaboration, topic planning and coordination with sales, management and other Power People Group brands
  • Planning and implementation of paid social campaigns
  • Collaboration with internal graphic service providers to create templates for social media posts

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in marketing, communication, media or a comparable course of study
  • Relevant experience in B2B social media marketing
  • Knowledge of content creation, storytelling and social media trends
  • Experience with common social media tools (e.g. scheduling, analytics)
  • Basic understanding of HR marketing, recruiting and employer branding desirable
  • Creativity and a flair for target group-relevant content
  • Strong communication skills and textual confidence
  • Analytical thinking and KPI-oriented work
  • Very good German and good English skills
