Your tasks
- In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you delve deep into their challenges, needs and processes in order to understand them holistically and develop sustainable, tangible solutions.
- With your eye for detail and for the big picture, you will scrutinize existing processes and consistently think them forward. At the same time, you analyze day-to-day operations, identify optimization and automation potential and translate this into concrete improvements.
- You get to the heart of technical requirements, structure them clearly and translate them into feasible requirements for IT.
- It goes without saying that you keep an overview at all times: You prioritize the requirements backlog and ensure that the right topics are driven forward at the right time.
- As the central interface between the specialist departments and IT, you ensure clarity, manage stakeholders with confidence and bring everyone involved together.
- In addition, you prepare complex content in such a way that it is understandable for different target groups and ensure open, transparent communication about progress, risks and dependencies.
- You will also check feasibility in constructive dialog with IT, evaluate solution options and technical implications and oversee implementation through to testing and acceptance.
- And when new functions go live, you are right in the middle of it: You support the go-live, ensure a smooth transition and experience how tangible added value is created from ideas.

- Degree in economics, business informatics or comparable training
- Professional experience, ideally several years, in consulting with a corresponding consulting mentality and service orientation
- Very good understanding of business processes and their optimization
- Practical experience in requirements management or business analysis
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Clear, structured and target group-oriented presentation of complex topics
- Hands-on mentality and enjoy working with different stakeholder groups
- Service and team-oriented way of working
- Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good written and spoken German and English
