- Evaluation of contractual obligations during the year and their translation into operational implementation as part of forecast, half-year and year-end processes
- Checking and comparing master data in the relevant systems with the contractual regulations
- Structured preparation and maintenance of audit-relevant documents (contracts, internal regulations and formalities)
- Creation and maintenance of audit-supporting documentation: Process descriptions, responsibility regulations, internal statements and technical classifications
- Ensuring complete, audit-proof documentation for internal and external auditors
- Determining and forecasting relevant key figures for quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing analysis and evaluation of relevant contract components with an impact on reporting and closing processes
- Close coordination between Finance Controlling and Media Controlling in the context of forecasting and year-end closing processes
- Ensuring a consistent flow of information between all departments involved
- Ongoing recording, classification and maintenance of contracts in the central contract database
- Technical contact for contractual content within the contract platform
- Ensuring data quality and up-to-dateness in relevant systems and documentation
- Maintaining and updating central overviews and documents as a Group-wide information base
- Participation in special projects in the areas of compliance, audit and contract management

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with contact to audits, financial audits or contract management in an agency or media environment
- Confident use of media terminology and understanding of the structures and processes of a media agency
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams – you know how to mediate and coordinate between finance, legal and operational units
- Structured, precise way of working combined with the ability to switch quickly between topics and reprioritize – you can maintain an overview even in complex situations
- Analytical thinking and a good sense of context: you recognize where something is wrong before it becomes an issue
- Very confident with MS Office – especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Enjoy data sudoku: you bite your way through complex data situations, don’t lose the thread and only give up when the puzzle is solved
- Very good knowledge of German and English
