The Information and Communication Department ensures that the socio-political messages of the Diocesan Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Cologne are communicated clearly, credibly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group. The department manages and implements communication. This includes press and public relations work, the organization of events, the maintenance of the website and social media channels, as well as the implementation of campaigns and the realization of internal projects.
