Your tasks
- Creation of e-mail newsletters
- Target group segmentation via CRM and other sources
- Conception, text and design of appealing and target group-relevant content in accordance with all corporate designs of the STAHLWILLE Group
- Further development and support of existing lead generation measures
- Evaluation of A/B tests for the continuous improvement of performance
- Carrying out target group analyses to optimize the communication strategy
- Briefing, management and control of external service providers and agencies in accordance with specifications and agreements
- Campaign coordination with internal departments and international subsidiaries
- Analysis and reporting of e-mail newsletters and the leads generated from them
- Creation of reactivation campaigns and lead maintenance
Your qualifications
- Completed three years of commercial training
- Use of automation to increase efficiency (e.g. in e-mail communication)
- Understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
- Certified online marketing manager is an advantage
- Adobe Creativ Cloud knowledge / MS Office knowledge desirable
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
- Independent, careful, team- and result-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness and a high degree of resilience
