Your tasks

  • Creation of e-mail newsletters
  • Target group segmentation via CRM and other sources
  • Conception, text and design of appealing and target group-relevant content in accordance with all corporate designs of the STAHLWILLE Group
  • Further development and support of existing lead generation measures
  • Evaluation of A/B tests for the continuous improvement of performance
  • Carrying out target group analyses to optimize the communication strategy
  • Briefing, management and control of external service providers and agencies in accordance with specifications and agreements
  • Campaign coordination with internal departments and international subsidiaries
  • Analysis and reporting of e-mail newsletters and the leads generated from them
  • Creation of reactivation campaigns and lead maintenance

Your qualifications

  • Completed three years of commercial training
  • Use of automation to increase efficiency (e.g. in e-mail communication)
  • Understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
  • Certified online marketing manager is an advantage
  • Adobe Creativ Cloud knowledge / MS Office knowledge desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
  • Independent, careful, team- and result-oriented way of working
  • Assertiveness and a high degree of resilience
