We are the experts in modern rainwater management with almost 70 years of experience. We develop and produce tailor-made drainage solutions for all areas of application for our customers and sell them all over the world.
Your tasks
- strategic and operational responsibility for the CRM system and its further development and optimization
- Management and control of the CRM team
- Analyzing customer needs and developing effective CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty
- Ensuring optimal data quality and efficiency in the CRM processes
- Developing dashboards and reports to measure the success of CRM activities
- Training and supporting employees in using the CRM system
Your profile
- degree in business, IT, sales or a comparable qualification
- several years of experience with the operation, further development and scaling of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Leadership experience and ability to clearly align and develop teams
- sound understanding of sales and marketing processes and their mapping in CRM systems
- high level of data and analysis skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- strong communication skills with a good command of English and a confident manner towards stakeholders
