Junior Social Media Manager (all genders)
We are currently looking for a Junior Social Media Manager (all genders) for our Social Media Unit at our Berlin office.
What you can expect from us
- Editorial planning and maintenance of social media channels
- Developing innovative concepts for the social media platforms and generating ideas for the use of new formats and content
- Supporting the development and implementation of holistic social media strategies and projects in an interdisciplinary team
- Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating our clients’ social media activities
- Ongoing market observation, identification and evaluation of trends in the social media environment
- Dialogue with content creators and influencers, building and expanding customer relationships in collaboration with other specialist departments
What we expect from you
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media on the agency or client side
- Experience in the development and networking of social media strategies
- At best, basic knowledge in the management of marketing activities, including in classic communication channels
- High standards for the creative product
- Sound knowledge of social media tools, platforms and networks
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Power Point
- Interest in trends and innovations in the digital environment
- Confident spelling skills and a good feel for language
- Good command of English
