We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel Corporate Law, M&A & Employment Law (all genders) at our Munich office as soon as possible .
Your tasks with us:
- Support in a wide range of corporate law projects in over 20 countries, including e.g. M&A transactions, start-ups, restructurings or management participations
- Participation in the drafting, negotiation and maintenance of national and international managing director service agreements
- Support with employment law issues, including drafting sample contracts and providing legal advice in collaboration with other specialist departments
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of documents for corporate law housekeeping
- Collaboration with the Group Management Board and colleagues from departments such as Finance, Tax, Controlling and HR and management of external consultants
- Contributing to the ongoing advice of Serviceplan Group companies on corporate and labor law issues
What you bring to the table:
- Completed studies in law or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience or relevant internships in the field of corporate law, M&A or employment law an advantage
- Interest in economic contexts and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Precise and structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
- Commitment, initiative and curiosity for new challenges
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
