MID-LEVEL SOCIAL MEDIA CONCEPT DEVELOPER/COPYWRITER (M/F/D)

We’re continuing to grow: With new projects, exciting clients, and additional areas of focus, we’re strategically expanding our team—and we’re looking for you!
- Is social media your second home? Do you write snappy copy, think in terms of moving images, and always strike the right tone? Do you enjoy working in a team and have a head full of great ideas? Then you’ve come to the right place!
- You’ll primarily work with clients in the dietary supplements and healthcare sectors, including Doppelherz (national and international) and Tiger Balm—focusing mainly on social media and digital communication.
- From punchy headlines to captions and storyboards: You’re experienced in conceptualizing and writing compelling social media content for various target audiences.
- You love social media and know exactly what’s happening on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, and how to leverage current trends for your clients.
- As part of our creative team, you’ll develop compelling communication concepts and bring them to life in collaboration with our designers and freelancers.
- You’ll oversee photo shoots and video productions and can give freelancers precise instructions to ensure your ideas are brought to life exactly as you and your clients envisioned them.
- You find it easy to get up to speed on even complex topics and develop simple messages from them.
- You’ll advise our clients on content and conceptual communication issues and handle day-to-day client interactions with confidence.
- You’re used to delivering high-quality results within given time frames.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Professional experience: You have at least 2 years of agency experience in copywriting, concept development, and communications, and have already managed projects independently.
- Social media savvy: You’re passionate about social media and understand how content works across different channels and what’s currently performing really well on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. A social media sabbatical? Not for you!
- Creativity, a feel for language, and language skills: You have a keen sense for words and ideas and know how to tell stories in short formats that stick in people’s minds—in both German and English. Within the agency, we primarily speak English with individual colleagues and clients. That’s no problem for you.
- Conceptual Strength: You can develop ideas that go beyond individual headlines.
- Curiosity: You’re interested in current trends. UGC and AI are terms you’re familiar with, and you integrate them smartly into your daily work without losing sight of your creative craft.
- Self-management: You’re used to working on multiple projects at once while staying calm and keeping track of your deadlines.
- Commitment to Quality: You work conscientiously and in a structured manner on your projects and hold yourself and your work to high standards.
- Team Spirit: You’re driven and eager to collaborate, contribute your perspectives, and value honest communication with others.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- A gross annual salary of €40,000–42,500 for full-time work—depending on your qualifications and experience
- An agency with high standards for fair working conditions (including flexible time-off policies)
- Up to 3 days a week working from home or partially remotely (in other European countries)? No problem!
