Your tasks
- Further development of the BSI brand and monitoring consistent implementation across all channels
- Conception and creation of guidelines for high-quality visual content: PDFs, presentations (PowerPoint), print materials, website elements, moving images, GIFs, trade fair and event design
- Working closely with content, sales and marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives
- Managing external branding, creative and advertising agencies, including briefings, reviews and quality assurance
- Design and further development of templates, design systems and guidelines
- Use of AI tools to increase efficiency and provide creative support in the design process
- Ensuring a consistent brand image and maintaining a digital asset management system such as Frontify
We are looking for makers
- Several years of experience as an art director, senior designer or comparable senior role (ideally in the
B2B or tech environment) - Proven portfolio with well-known agencies (branding, creative or advertising agencies)
- Very good understanding of branding, CI/CD and design systems
- Confident use of common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint)
- High design quality with simultaneous hands-on implementation strength
- Business fluent in German, good command of English
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong service and solution orientation
