We are looking for a full-time Consultant Agency Solutions (all genders) in Product & Business Development for Mediaplus Realtime – part of the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe.
As a Consultant in our Product & Business Development team, you will be responsible for sales and strategic consulting for our agencies within the group. You will present our digital product solutions, develop individual sales strategies and be the central point of contact for our customer advisory teams.
What you can expect from us:
- Customer consulting: Presenting and advising our digital product solutions to the customer consulting teams of the Mediaplus agencies
- Relationship management: maintaining and expanding internal client relationships through regular meetings, workshops and presentations
- Business Development: Development of agency-specific sales approaches and offer strategies
- Sales monitoring: Support with sales analyses and deriving measures to increase sales
- Agency Onboarding: Organization and implementation of onboarding formats for new consulting/client teams
What we expect from you:
- Experience: Several years of experience in digital media, account management or agency sales
- Specialist knowledge: Passion for digital media solutions and a very good understanding of agency processes and sales strategies
- Consulting skills: Confident demeanor, strong communication and presentation skills; enjoy consulting and sales situations
- Collaboration: Enjoys internal collaboration and solution-oriented communication
- Language skills: Fluent German and good English
