The IT department IM Transformation, Communication & Culture shapes and supports change in IT-driven initiatives and within the IM community. It acts as a strategic driving force between the target image and the lived reality and consistently combines digital development with communication, user adoption, change measures and cultural development.
The team ensures that new strategies, solutions and working methods are not only introduced, but also understood, used and continuously developed in day-to-day work. Through clear communication, structured knowledge and targeted empowerment, it supports employees in using digital solutions safely and effectively. The aim of the department is to sustainably improve collaboration, the flow of information and the use of digital tools – in a human-centered, practical and effective way in day-to-day work.
