DIGITAL SALES MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

You think data-driven and strategically in sales. For you, figures are the basis for growth – not just reporting. You want to make performance measurable, optimize structures and actively develop the sales area. You work closely with managers and want to have a real impact on sales and strategy.

YOUR TASKS

In close cooperation with the Commercial Director and the management, you will be responsible for the data-based management and strategic development of our sales department.

Main focus:

  • Sales controlling and KPI-based reporting
  • Analysis of sales data and derivation of specific measures
  • Further development of sales strategies and value selling
  • Optimization of quotation and CRM processes
  • Data-based support for sales teams
  • Pipeline and performance management
  • Impulses for further training and strategic development in the sales team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies (business, media or similar) or comparable qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience in the radio, marketing or agency world
  • Experience in online marketing or media sales, ideally in the audio environment
  • Strong analytical understanding and confident handling of KPIs
  • Very good knowledge of common online and CRM tools
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication skills and team orientation
  • High affinity for digital trends and technologies
  • Languages: Business fluent in German, fluent in written and spoken English
