Your tasks
- Establishment of an independent, group-wide marketing organization including budget responsibility
- Establishment of a powerful team consisting of in-house employees and external service providers
- Harmonization of previously decentralized marketing activities
- Development and implementation of lead and demand generation processes
- Close cooperation with the sales department
- Ensuring a uniform brand presence across all locations
- Development of customer-specific communication measures
- Evaluation, selection and management of external partners (agencies, service providers)
- Introduction of suitable tools and systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation)
- Definition of relevant KPIs
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a technical degree program (e.g. industrial engineering) with marketing experience
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing and communication, ideally in the field of EMS / industrial electronics or automation technology
- Experience in setting up or transforming marketing structures
- Experience in building and developing teams
- Very good knowledge of setting up and developing digital lead generation processes and customer journeys
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, messaging and content marketing for technical target groups
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear and effective market communication
