for our Licensing & Marketing team.

For our Berlin headquarters, we are looking for an organizational talent who dynamically supports our Licensing & Marketing team, has fun at work, is well structured and knows how to prioritize on a daily basis.
The Licensing & Marketing department is our creative interface that connects our songs and artists with advertising & brands, film & series, stage & games.
Do you love music and are always up to date? Would you like to represent the publishing rights of authors vis-à-vis advertising and film productions and always achieve the best possible result for all sides? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Your tasks:
- You will successfully acquire new customers and maintain the existing network of creative minds from the fields of advertising, brands, film & series, games, merch etc.
- You create creative and data-related song and artist proposals for national and international advertising campaigns or film and series productions
- You are responsible for managing licensing projects with brands, advertising agencies, film productions and music consultants in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- You calculate license offers and clarify publishing rights with rights holders, co-publishers & labels
- You recognize new (digital) trends and come up with suitable creative marketing concepts
- You work closely with our A&R team, the artists and the international Sony teams
- You are the project manager of your own projects from initial contact to implementation and finalization
Your profile:
- You have a degree or completed training in an agency or in the fields of music, business administration or media, communication science or similar.
- Your mission is to proactively and successfully sell music and artists to brands and film productions
- You have experience in marketing licenses, ideally in the music environment
- You have exceptionally good knowledge of repertoire and artists, from old classics to current trends and chart successes across all music genres
- You enjoy working in a team and are perfectly organized, you communicate proactively and have an open and positive charisma
- You show commitment, creativity, assertiveness and a willingness to learn, are responsible and act in an uncomplicated team and solution-oriented manner
- You always keep track of deadlines, timings and processes, plan projects optimally and efficiently
- You write creative texts that inspire and convince in German and English
