We are looking to hire a full-time Junior Media Consultant (all genders) in the field of Programmatic Advertising/Real-Time Media for Mediaplus Realtime —part of the Serviceplan Agency Group, Europe’s largest owner- and partner-led agency group—at our Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, or Berlin office as soon as possible.
What you can expect from us:
- Programmatic Advertising: You’ll gain insight into and training in the trending field of programmatic advertising
- Client Management: You’ll serve as the point of contact for planning teams from the Mediaplus Group and partner agencies, supporting integrated 360° and multi-channel campaign strategies
- Innovative Media Channels: You’ll work with digital, programmatic media channels such as audio, addressable TV, digital out-of-home, display, and cinema
- Campaign Strategy: You’ll develop initial client-focused recommendations and actively help shape campaign strategies
- Coordinating Role: Ensuring a smooth campaign workflow between client teams and campaign management
- Quotation Preparation & Presentation: You will prepare and calculate quotes, develop analyses and presentations, and deliver them

- Collaboration with Partners: Regular communication with marketers and technical service providers is part of your daily routine, whether over the phone or at events

What we expect from you:
- Initial experience: You have some experience in client consulting, media planning, marketing, or programmatic advertising
- Digital expertise: You have a strong affinity for digital media and data, as well as a good command of Microsoft Office programs—especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented and self-directed approach, and technical aptitude
- Communication Skills: You enjoy interacting with clients and have a passion for engaging with advertisers and colleagues
- Language Skills: Very good command of German and English
- Personality: Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a passion for tackling complex challenges
