We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager (all genders) full-time or part-time (from 20 hours/week) for our Innsbruck office as soon as possible.
What you can expect from us:
- Collaboration in the development of social media strategies, content ideas and campaign concepts
- Planning and implementation of content along editorial plans (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, possibly
- LinkedIn)
- Creating, editing and adapting video and graphic assets
- Independent takeover of sub-projects including coordination, timing and implementation
- Support with productions (pre-production, shooting, post-production)
- Continuous monitoring of trends, platform logics and best practices
- Analysis of content performance and derivation of optimization measures
- Collaboration with internal teams, creators and external partners
- Further development and optimization of content based on performance learnings and insights
What we expect from you:
- Initial sound experience (e.g. agency, brand or own projects) in social media management or
- Basic project management skills (structure, deadlines, coordination, independent work)
- Content creation
- Very good understanding of platform mechanics and content that performs
- Confident handling of common tools, e.g:
- Video: Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
- Graphics: Photoshop, Canva or similar.
- Social / planning: Meta Business Suite, possibly Swait.io, HypeAuditor or similar
- Strong sense for storytelling, hooks, visual language and timing
- Structured, reliable and proactive way of working
- Desire to take on responsibility and develop yourself professionally
