Your TASKS
- Management, control and targeted further development of the marketing team
- Ensuring a consistent, recognizable visual identity across all channels
- Technical consolidation and close operational cooperation with graphics, social media and back office (sales team, internal communication)
- Conception and active implementation of campaigns and advertising measures, in particular for employer brand, recruiting and sales
- Co-creation and support of internal and external events for tangible brand staging
- Providing fresh impetus and independent implementation of creative projects with a high level of hands-on orientation
- Further development of the brand in future topics such as store design, performance marketing and app relaunch
Your PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in retail or other consumer-related industries
- Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills, a structured way of working and the ability to network effectively within the company
- Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Confident handling of macOS
- Very good written and spoken German, ideally also textual competence for marketing communication
- Experience at senior level - you want to take on responsibility, develop structures and shape marketing in the long term
