Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
full-time, for our location in Emmerich am Rhein.
Q-railing is one of the world's leading suppliers of railing systems and glass railings. In order to meet the constantly growing demand for our innovative design products, we have branches and warehouses all over the world. Your area of responsibility:
- You will develop creative and effective marketing strategies for the European market in close cooperation with our national and international teams
- You design and implement targeted campaigns that strengthen our brand awareness and promote sustainable growth
- You analyze market and industry trends, identify potential at an early stage and derive innovative marketing measures from this
- You coordinate marketing activities for the European market and support the planning and monitoring of budgets
- You take on personnel responsibility within the team, coordinate tasks and support the further development of employees
- You manage external service providers, agencies and partners and ensure the efficient implementation of projects and campaigns
- You support the further development of our international brands and communication strategy
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration or communication
- Several years of professional experience in international marketing and a confident manner in an international environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and independent way of working
- Strategic thinking, high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally worldwide
