As of 01.07.2026 we are looking for a:n Performance Consultant Programmatic Advertising/Realtime Media (all genders) for Mediaplus Realtime– part of theServiceplan agency groupthe largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe.
What you can expect from us:
- Consulting with impact: As a Performance Consultant, you will support campaign planning with technical expertise, analyze the results of ongoing and completed campaigns and derive specific recommendations for action.
- Holistic campaign responsibility: You will ensure that customer agreements and findings flow into the implementation in a targeted manner – from consulting on data, targeting and measurement strategies to quality control of our offers.
- Analytical vision: You proactively recognize expansion potential, conduct structured performance reviews with planning teams and thus actively contribute to the further development of our agency solutions.
- Interface management: You work closely with our other consulting departments internally and in partner agencies – as well as with planning teams and campaign management. Externally, you will be in close contact with marketers, data providers and AdTech providers.

What we expect from you:
- Qualifications: you have a degree or vocational training in business, marketing/media or IT and 2-4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management or analyzing digital campaigns.
- Programmatic know-how: Programmatic advertising is in your blood. You are confident in dealing with common DSPs, ad servers and advertising tools and can pass on your knowledge convincingly.
- Analysis and consulting skills: Digital KPIs, metrics and data-driven decisions are your daily tools. You have very good analysis, preparation and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management: You actively involve internal and external contacts, communicate in a solution-oriented manner and have a feel for the needs of the agency and client.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills are a must.
