We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) SEA for the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe, ideally in Munich (but also possible in Hamburg, Berlin or Cologne) as soon as possible.
What you can expect from us:
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational support and development of international measures and will be in direct contact with customers
- You will regularly communicate successes and challenges with your team lead and the client
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of search, shopping, display, video and app campaigns
- Budget responsibility, adherence to targets and budgets, quality assurance
- Conception, implementation and evaluation of A/B/N and multivariate tests, making recommendations for action
- Creation and presentation of campaign reports and analyses, market and competitive analyses, etc.
- In order to realize tasks as efficiently as possible, you will be in close contact with your team lead and an interdisciplinary team of experts
What we expect from you:
- Professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in search engine marketing
- Customer-centric mindset, strong solution orientation, convincing and confident appearance
- Sound knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, existing certifications an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English and willingness to work in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1)
