Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

• Taking performance campaigns into your own hands
  You are responsible for the entire paid media funnel, from target setting to ad creation and evaluation. Your channels: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads.

• Implement campaign setups & optimizations hands-on
  You create campaigns, develop creatives together with the content team, continuously optimize for CTR, CPC, ROAS and regularly test new approaches.

• Targeted budget management & cross-channel planning
  You manage four-figure monthly budgets smartly and know the levers to achieve maximum visibility with limited resources.

• Conversion tracking & performance analysis
  You set up the required tracking (incl. GA4, Tag Manager, UTM, pixels), analyze campaign results and derive specific recommendations for action.

• Optimization and, if necessary, conception of landing pages
  Together with the content team, you ensure that landing pages have a high conversion rate and contribute your own ideas for design, structure and content.

• Collaboration with the board and member companies
  You advise and inform the head office and interested companies about measures, results and strategic options.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, either from an agency, company or freelance work.

• You work extremely hands-on – from keyword research to conversion tracking.

• You are familiar with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager & ideally Bing Ads.

• You know how to interpret performance data and derive smart campaigns from it.

• You think target group-oriented, cross-channel and love to derive learnings from numbers.

• You are organized, a strong communicator and enjoy working with creative minds and entrepreneurial people.

• Nice to have: Experience with SEO, LinkedIn Ads or native advertising.
