Your mission at morefire:
- holistic performance strategy: You will be responsible for the independent management and further development of SEA campaigns and link these directly to in-depth analyses.
- Tracking & data setup: You are responsible for the conception and monitoring of tracking logics (GA4, GTM) to ensure a clean database for all optimizations.
- Consulting with depth: You translate complex data sets into clear strategies and meaningful dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio).
- Innovation & AI: Always at the cutting edge, you test new platform features and drive the use of AI to make SEA and analytics even more efficient and interlink them.
- Attribution & success: You evaluate the real contribution of SEA to overall success and optimize campaigns taking various attribution models into account.
What you bring with you:
- expertise: at least 2-3 years of practical experience in the operational development of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
- Analytical acuity: You love to dive deep into data and have an excellent understanding of web analytics tools (GA4 and/or Matomo).
- Technical understanding: Confident with Google Tag Manager and a sound understanding of data streams and feed management.
- Holistic mindset : You think outside the box, understand the customer journey and are happy to take responsibility for the big picture.
- Communication: You communicate clearly, empathetically and confidently in German and English (C-level) and see yourself as a strategic partner, not just a service provider.
- Team player mentality: You enjoy sharing your knowledge across disciplines and working together with colleagues on innovative solutions.
