Beats Radio – the international station for house, deep house, nu disco, indie dance and electro. In Germany and Austria, Beats Radio can be received via DAB+ and the cable network, and worldwide it is also available ad-free via the web player at www.beatsradio.de and on Klassik Radio Plus. Recently, Klassik Radio AG’s youngest brand can now also be heard in South Tyrol via DAB+.
Your tasks
- You take over the overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
- Strategic and operational expansion of the station
- Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms
- Further development of the on-air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
- Planning and implementation of on-air and off-air brand marketing measures
- Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and multipliers
Your qualifications
- The most important thing: You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
- Professional experience in digital media product management (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong sense of genre
- A keen sense for suitable artists – you know your way around the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that suit Beats Radio
- Experience in using playlist tools and ideally music scheduling software
- Strong understanding of brands and a feel for target groups
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and desire to shape a young brand
