The Körber Foundation is a private, non-profit foundation based in Hamburg.
In the area of “Democracy and Cohesion”, the Körber Foundation bundles programs aimed at a more resilient democracy. The “Municipality and Resilience” team develops and supports projects to strengthen democratic culture at municipal level. These include the “Respect in the Council” format, which supports local councils and administrations in dealing with conflicts, hostility and the challenges of democratic cooperation.
