As a Project Communications Officer, you will effectively position Gasunie Deutschland and its projects in the field of natural gas and hydrogen towards external stakeholders from politics, authorities, the press, the public and the workforce – using a wide range of communication tools.

You will be the contact person for the development/coordination of communication concepts and the coordination and implementation of measures to ensure a sustainable and positive image.
You will be responsible for the communication of new pipeline construction and conversion projects in the field of supply security and hydrogen and implement our communication strategy in a targeted manner towards external stakeholders such as landowners, citizens’ initiatives, local politicians and authorities.
You design, create and manage our communication toolbox: FAQs, press releases, presentations, website content, social media posts.

You will be responsible for the planning, organization and follow-up of communication formats such as citizen dialogues, information events, workshops and digital formats (e.g. webinars, roadshows) in all project phases, e.g. during the planning approval process.

Confident appearance in public, with the media and political representatives
Several years of professional experience in project communication, preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector (gas/hydrogen an advantage)

Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation
Willingness to travel within the project area (Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein)
