For our joint venture Nayoki Mediaplus – in which the digital competence of the Nayoki Group is bundled with the media and strategy expertise of Mediaplus – we are looking for a full-time Project & Executive Assistant (all genders) at our Munich office as soon as possible.

As a Project & Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the management, reliably keep topics and processes together and ensure that projects progress in a structured manner. In addition to traditional assistant tasks, you will also take on your own small projects and work with internal and external stakeholders. The position is ideal for committed young talents who want to take on responsibility early on and enjoy combining operational tasks with substantive project work in the direct environment of the management.

What you can expect from us:

  • Coordination of appointments, meetings and daily routines
  • Planning and organizing trips as well as preparation and follow-up work
  • Creating and maintaining records, presentations and documents
  • Reliable tracking of tasks, priorities and project statuses
  • Coordination between management, leads and internal teams
  • Support with onboarding and collaboration in contract and order management
  • Organization of workshops, strategy meetings and internal team formats
  • Taking on smaller operational projects such as process optimization or location topics, with the opportunity to develop your own areas of responsibility

  • Successfully completed studies or initial experience in assistant/project roles
  • Structured, meticulous way of working and a high level of quality awareness
  • Professional, friendly and clear communication
  • Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
  • High level of reliability, discretion and motivation for further development
  • Independent, proactive way of working and the ability to keep track of changing requirements
  • Enjoy working in a team, taking on responsibility and actively helping to shape internal processes
