What you can expect from us:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (all genders) with a focus on overarching project coordination and planning as well as business consulting. You will coordinate communication, projects and services for our well-known AI enterprise customers – in close cooperation with the AI Lab team and at the interface between platforms, services and projects.

• You will lead and develop a team of 3 account and project managers and ensure comprehensive project and resource planning across our project portfolio and sales pipeline.
• You have an overview of our project landscape with all associated processes and develop them strategically and operationally.
• You recognize scaling and upselling potential and support the team in preparing offers.
• You support customer contact and cooperation with Serviceplan agencies and ensure that communication and expectations around AI projects and AI services are clear and on an equal footing.
• You coordinate collaboration with internal departments such as Product & Strategy Consulting and structure processes around project delivery with project managers, workflow architects, developers , consultants and product leads to ensure that projects are implemented smoothly and on time.

What we expect from you:

• Min. 5 years of experience in account or project management with initial leadership experience, ideally in a digital, SaaS or AI-driven environment
• Sound experience in customer consulting, business development and the implementation of customized marketing solutions – preferably AI-related
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking skills and a structured, data-based way of working
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident manner towards customers and stakeholders
• Understanding of AI applications in marketing and media, including ethical issues, and ability to translate technical concepts into real customer benefits
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, digital platforms and data-driven technologies – with a desire to develop this area further
• Enjoy helping to build and shape an area in a dynamic, complex and innovative environment
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as high adaptability in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
