As (Senior) Account Manager Paid Social (all genders) you are the head for our marketing campaigns on all social media channels of our clients. You take responsibility for planning, management and quality control and ensure the continuous development and optimization of the campaigns.
We are looking for a full-time (Senior) Account Manager Paid Social (all genders) for the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe, preferably for our Munich office , but also in Berlin, Cologne or Hamburg .

- With your expertise, you will manage the campaigns of our B2C and B2B paid social customers holistically – from strategy to successful implementation
- You will be independently responsible for the budget and project controlling of many well-known brands on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms
- You work in a great team and are closely networked internally with experts from all specialist disciplines such as creation, technology, programmatic, CRM, digital, research, SEA and SEO
- You work in an integrated manner with experts from traditional media planning in the strategic and cross-media use of campaign budgets
- You are responsible for analyzing, interpreting, graphically processing and presenting the results of your work
- You regularly exchange information with your customers on current topics and trends and successfully develop the relationship with your contacts
What we expect from you:
- Completed studies in business administration, communication sciences or comparable training
- Several years of relevant professional experience in customer consulting for paid social media campaigns on common platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
- Analytical skills, a good understanding of numbers and a structured way of working
- Initiative, strong contact and communication skills, reliability
- Enjoy customer contact and confident presentation in German and English
- In addition to sound technical knowledge, you impress with your advisory skills, team spirit and commitment
