We are looking for a (Senior) Master Data Manager Media (all genders) for Mediaplus Germany under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group at our Munich location or remotely as soon as possible.
Our Finance & Controlling team is responsible for the financial management of the group and works closely with customer consulting, purchasing and accounting. The management of our master data is of central importance. As Master Data Manager Media, you will ensure the integrity and reliability of our data and processes in an exciting and challenging media environment.
What you can expect from us:
- You are the central point of contact for customer advice, purchasing, billing and controlling in all master data matters
- You translate customer contracts and information from customer consulting into correct settings in DML and Maconomy as well as vendors in SAP/Ariba
- You maintain and manage central master data in our media processing system DML
- You actively develop master data processes, e.g. clear guidelines, uniform standards, reduction of complexity
- You identify automation potential and work on its implementation
- You train internal users and support the development of key user expertise in the teams
- You support finance processes and contribute to the data-based management of the Group
What we expect from you:
- You have completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You have a sound understanding of the media industry Media planning, buying and billing are not new territory for you
- You have experience with media processing systems – ideally DML
- You work in a structured and precise manner with a high level of quality awareness
- You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical settings
- You communicate clearly and confidently at various interfaces, e.g. internally with customer service, purchasing, billing and controlling
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting skills as well as good English skills are a plus
