As a (Senior) Paid Social Consultant (all genders), you will be responsible for our clients’ social media marketing activities and manage the campaigns on all relevant platforms.
We are looking for a full-time (Senior) Paid Social Consultant (all genders) for the Serviceplan agency group, the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe, preferably for our Munich office , but also in Berlin, Cologne or Hamburg, as soon as possible.

- You will independently manage paid social campaigns for B2C and B2B clients – from conception to implementation.
- You will be responsible for the budget and project management of several well-known brands on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- You will be part of a diverse team and work closely with experts from Creation, Technology, Programmatic, CRM, Digital, Research, SEA and SEO.
- Together with traditional media planning, you will use campaign budgets in a targeted and cross-channel manner.
- You analyze and present the results of your campaigns in a clear and convincing way.
- You will regularly discuss trends and topics with clients and expand the collaboration in the long term.
What we expect from you:
- Completed studies in business administration, communication sciences or a similar qualification
- Several years of experience in advising on paid social media campaigns on relevant platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Very good analytical skills, a strong understanding of numbers and a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, sociability and high reliability
- Enjoy customer contact and confident presentation skills in German and English
- In addition to comprehensive specialist knowledge, you will impress with your strong advisory skills, team spirit and commitment
