What you can expect from us:

As a Senior PR Consultant, you will play a central role in the development and implementation of our PR strategies:

• Strategic consulting at senior level: you will develop cross-channel communication strategies and manage the implementation of holistic communication projects.
• Project responsibility & leadership: You will manage challenging communication measures – from topic development to conception and implementation. You will take on technical leadership, coordinate teams and be responsible for budgets.
• Positioning & narratives: You develop clear messages, sustainable narratives and strategic positioning approaches for complex B2B topics.
• Text excellence: Whether thought leadership articles, press releases, storylines, social media content or concepts – you translate complex content into precise, creative and effective communication.
• Media relations & network: You maintain and expand resilient media and stakeholder relationships, place topics confidently and are a competent contact person for journalists.
• Quality & further development: You ensure content excellence, contribute new ideas, develop innovative content approaches and actively help shape the future fields of our agency.

What we expect from you:

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a communications agency with a clearly recognizable senior level.
• Excellent writing skills: You write quickly, confidently and with outstanding style – from complex to creative.
• Strong strategic skills: You develop communication strategies, editorial guidelines and convincing concepts.
• Confidentproject management and reliable control of clients, timings and budgets.
• Proactive way of working, consulting confidence and leadership skills in dealing with younger team members.
• German at native speaker level, very good English.
• Passion for trends, communication and digital developments and the desire to actively help shape them.
