As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the sales of our media portfolio (TV, audio, digital & OOH) and actively contribute to further expanding our growth. You will benefit from the strength of a large agency group – and the creative freedom of a newly formed division.
For our Cologne location, we are looking for people who not only know sales, but live it.
What you can expect from us:
- Active sales of a strong media portfolio – from TV to audio to digital and out-of-home (OOH).
- Independent acquisition and development of new customers and strategic expansion of existing accounts.
- Pure creative freedom: you develop individual sales strategies, pitch customized offers and bring your ideas directly to the market.
- Close collaboration with consulting, creation and media – together you will take campaigns and strategies to a new level.
- First-hand market insights: you analyze trends, observe competitors and identify new growth areas for our portfolio.
What we expect from you:
- Several years of experience in sales – ideally with a background with marketers, publishers or in the media/marketing world.
- A resilient customer network and a deep understanding of market mechanisms, target groups and industry developments.
- Sound knowledge of TV, audio, digital and OOH – you are confident in all relevant channels.
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working, paired with a passion for successful deals.
- Team spirit and a desire for development work: you are actively involved, think along with others and help shape new processes and structures.
