What you can expect from us:
- Strategic and content-related management of clients and brands in the social media environment with a clear focus on relevant online communication
- Development, planning and ongoing optimization of social media topics and editorial plans in close cooperation with strategy, text, consulting and customers (B2B & B2C)
- Conception, implementation and further development of social media content – from posts and articles to photo and moving image formats, including content quality assurance
- Managing and organizing social media projects and collaborating with external content producers and partners
- Strategic development and support of the social community
- Analyzing insights and performance data through monitoring and tracking measures
- Working in a dynamic agency environment that values initiative, speed and a hands-on mentality
What we expect from you:
- Independent and proactive way of working
- 5+ years of professional experience in an agency-like environment
- Experience in holistic management of budgets and smaller teams/colleagues
- Very good knowledge of social platforms and a passion for social trends, as well as a feel for users and their needs
- You have a unique feel for current trends and are enthusiastic about socio-politically relevant topics
- Strength in analytical thinking as well as structured, proactive and independent work
- Excellent knowledge of German / C1 level (written and spoken)
