Your tasks
- Management of the service product portfolio:
- Development and structuring of a standardized service portfolio (e.g. maintenance, inspection, retrofit, spare parts packages, lifecycle services)
- Identification of new service products based on customer requirements, market analyses and installed base
- Product development & standardization:
- Definition of service descriptions, processes and technical requirements
- Close cooperation with product support, development, design and spare parts management
- Further development and continuous improvement of existing maintenance and inspection contracts (incl. data structure and specifications in the ERP system)
- Pricing & profitability:
- Development of pricing models and (re)calculations
- Ensuring profitability and continuous optimization of offers
- Control & coordination: <
- Coordination with service deployment planning for optimal resource utilization
- Monitoring of maintenance and service contracts including deadline and process tracking
- Sales and profit responsibility:
- Achieving specified sales targets in the service area through the sale of service products
- Analysis of key figures and derivation of measures to improve performance
- Training & international scaling:
- Training of sales, service and international partners in collaboration with training management
- Standardization and rollout of service products in international markets in collaboration with international support
Your qualifications
- Completed technical or business studies (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, service management) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, preferably in product or service management, resource planning or sales
- A sound understanding of service processes and technical affinity
- Experience in preparing quotations, pricing and calculation
- Sales-oriented thinking and strong customer and service orientation
- Communication and negotiation skills as well as an independent and responsible working style
- Organizational talent and assertiveness
- Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
