We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager (all genders) for the Serviceplan agency group – the largest owner- and partner-managed agency group in Europe – for our Munich office as soon as possible.
What you can expect from us:
- Strategic and technical management of our clients with a focus on online communication
- Independent creation and optimization of social media topic/editorial plans in exchange with strategists, copywriters, consultants and customers in the B2B and B2C environment
- Conception, production and maintenance of content (posts, articles, photos, moving images) in coordination with creation, content quality assurance
- Management of social projects and external content producers
- Strategic management of the social community
- Evaluation of insights, monitoring/tracking measures
- A dynamic environment with a hands-on mentality
What we expect from you:
- Independent and proactive way of working (doers wanted!)
- Completed studies in the field of business, media or journalism
- Several years of professional experience in the social media environment
- Very good knowledge of social platforms and a feel for users and their needs
- Writing long and short copy paired with editorial know-how
- Strength in analytical thinking as well as structured, proactive and independent work
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
