Your tasks
- Operational and strategic support as well as the further development of our social media accounts (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Development of creative, organic content formats (feed, stories, video) to strengthen the brand and reach new target groups
- Emotional, authentic and brand-compliant presentation of our health and sports topics within the legal framework
- Planning and implementing our own photo and video productions
- Managing influencer and creator collaborations, including actively approaching partners
- Active community management with professional, target group-oriented interaction
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the social media team, external agencies and international colleagues
- Measuring success through regular reporting and deriving specific optimization measures
Your qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications or media studies or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in the social media sector (e.g. through your own social media channel)
- Enthusiasm for sports and health topics as well as a feel for trends, aesthetics and new formats
- Very good knowledge of common social media platforms, tools and relevant KPIs
- Communicative, proactive and team-oriented – confident in dealing with people, including during shoots or creator appointments (also in front of the camera if required)
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. productions, events at home and abroad)
