Your central role:
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for omni-channel sales, especially in competition law
- Developing, implementing and monitoring internal guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements in omni-channel sales
- Actively identifying and developing new advertising potential and strategies to increase sales performance
- Conduct training and workshops for sales staff to raise awareness of legal/regulatory requirements and effective sales and advertising techniques
- Establishing monitoring mechanisms to regularly check compliance with legal requirements
Your profile:
- Degree in economics with a focus on marketing, sales or management or academic or professional training with relevant work experience with a legal focus
- Several years of experience in direct sales and/or online marketing as well as in project management/leadership, e.g. IPMA, Lead Six Sigma
- Good knowledge of the relevant legal standards UWG, EUDSGVO, DSGVO and Digital Services Act is an advantage
- Strong sales, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a confident and professional demeanor
Business fluent in written and spoken English
