Starting in June, we are looking for a trainee (all genders) in Experience Marketing for our Munich office who would like to gain their first valuable professional experience in the Global Business Development Team of the Corporate Experience Unit of the Serviceplan Group. In our 12-month trainee program, you will learn step by step how strategic brand work, communication and business development interact in one of the largest agency groups in Europe.
As the central staff unit of the Serviceplan Group, Global Business Development is responsible for marketing, sales and new business. As a trainee, you will be part of the team right from the start, working on exciting projects and helping to acquire new clients, develop existing relationships and actively shape collaboration within our agency group.

- You will support the team in the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of various events such as the Innovation Day(www.innovationday.com), the Best Brands Gala(https://www.best-brands-global.com/de/en.html) and other marketing seminars.
- You will manage the guest relations management including the associated tools and gain initial insights into the creation of event-related websites.
- You will be actively involved in national and international projects that sustainably strengthen the Serviceplan Group’s corporate image.
- At the same time, you will gain in-depth insights into the conception and implementation of physical and digital event formats.

- You will also meet exciting speakers and guests from the media, politics and show business.

What we expect from you:
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or communication sciences with a focus on marketing or a comparable subject.
- Ideally, you will have some experience in the event sector.
- You enjoy independent, service-oriented work and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in the common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are business fluent in German and English – both verbally and in writing.
